B) 4% with $1,000 non refundable prepaid retainer.
a. Includes professional commercial sign of 16 sq ft. Additional signs at cost.
b. Posted on Loopnet Premium, the worlds largest commercial non residential data base
c. Posted on the Windsor Essex MLS with <600+or-> professional licensed and insured users
d. Note that 2% is being offered to selling Canadian brokers coast to coast. Where the Windsor Essex Board MLS ties into Canadian Real Estate Association data bases the information will be available to London, Toronto and other Realtor professionals. Note that Real Choice list side takes the discount and not the sell side.
