| About Us 3rd Generation practitioner and licensed since 1967, Tom Goebel has developed diverse and unique expertise in many real estate arenas. Broker/owner of Tepee Realty from 1974 to present, Tom managed over 200 tenants in over a dozen properties simultaneously. Mr. Goebel formed more than 30 investment entities and led several land division and development projects. From 2000-2007, Tom had served as Associate Broker at the world's largest real estate franchise via Livonia, Michigan. Internationally Tom has worked as a land acquistion consultant in the USA and Canada. Tom is an active Realtor Emeritus member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has served in past leadership roles at the Institute of Real Estate Management (Chapter 5 Past President), Realtors Land Institute (Chapter 1 Past President), City of Plymouth Industrial Tax Abatement Board (former member) and Redford Township Planning Commission (former member), Western Wayne Oakland County Association of Realtors Professional Standards Judicial Panel (former member). Windsor Essex Board of Realtors Professiona Standards member. Tom holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University. The US Green Building Council has accredited Thomas Goebel LEED AP which is Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional.
